We are a Kiwi-based team of casino industry reviewers, writers and an editor. We collectively have over 30 years of online casino industry experience between us, spanning previous roles at UKGC-licensed operators, Curaçao-licensed platforms, and a chartered accountant qualification on the editorial side. Our Editorial Process
Every casino review on this site follows the same structured workflow. The full review methodology is published on our how we rate page; the summary version is:
- Primary reviewer signs up to the casino with real NZ ID details
- Deposits NZ$500 of their own money in NZD
- Tests sign-up flow, lobby UX, deposit, bonus claim, game play, withdrawal across multiple payment methods
- Scores the casino against the 28-point checklist
- Writes the review draft
- Editor (Ben Carter) fact-checks every claim against testing notes and source documents
- Legal review for any potentially defamatory content
- Publish with named byline and last-updated timestamp
- Re-test monthly; update review quarterly minimum, immediately on material changes
